Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Mumbai. The Finance Executive will handle the preparation and analysis of financial statements, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). This role involves daily management of financial operations, monitoring budgets, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to identify trends and solve financial challenges
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Experience in managing compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Expertise in Financial Reporting and presenting data for decision-making
- Detail-oriented with high organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar financial role is an asset
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience may apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
- Attention to detail, honesty, and a positive attitude
