While our EBITDA already exceeds industry averages, we know we can do better. To fuel our next phase of hyper-growth, were seeking a results-drivenFinance Executiveto join our leadership teamin office, full-time, in Bergen County, NJ.
Your Mission:
- Identify and drive operational and financialefficiencies across our entire system
- Optimize ourbidding processwith vendor contractors to improve margins
- Lead procurement strategy to ensure our teams buy smarter without sacrificing service quality
- Oversee theGeneral Ledger and financial reporting, ensuring our books accurately reflect and recapture profitability
- Build the financial infrastructure needed toraise capitalfor aggressive expansion
- Manage and develop ateam of 15+ finance and accounting professionals
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience scaling finance operations in asmall to mid-sized business
- Direct involvement in ahigh-growth journeyideally through an IPO, acquisition, or transformation into a national platform
- Strong leadership background withexperience managing teams of 15 or more
- Deep expertise inP&L management, cost optimization, and financial controls
- Hands-on experience withvendor contracting, procurement, and bid analysis
- Ability to workonsite daily in Bergen County, NJ(Northern NJ residents or those within commuting distance only)
