Role Overview:

The Finance Executive will assist with documentation tasks, entering revenue invoices, and recording credit card transactions using Zoho. This position provides practical experience in digital accounting and finance documentation within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and file supporting documents for finance operations.
  • Enter revenue invoices accurately in Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice.
  • Record credit card transactions in Zoho, attaching relevant documentation.
  • Assist with scanning, uploading, and archiving finance documents.
  • Perform other documentation or data entry duties as assigned by the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Experience with Zoho preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
