Role Overview:
The Finance Executive will assist with documentation tasks, entering revenue invoices, and recording credit card transactions using Zoho. This position provides practical experience in digital accounting and finance documentation within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and file supporting documents for finance operations.
- Enter revenue invoices accurately in Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice.
- Record credit card transactions in Zoho, attaching relevant documentation.
- Assist with scanning, uploading, and archiving finance documents.
- Perform other documentation or data entry duties as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
- Experience with Zoho preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
