FINANCE EXECUTIVE
The role is part of Edolution Finance team based out of Mumbai supporting the functional finance team:
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
· Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
· Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
· Ensure compliance with statutory laws and internal financial policies.
· Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
· Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements in a timely manner.
· Monitor cash flow and assist in fund management.
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data.
· Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
· Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Master's degree / MBA (Finance)
· 4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally / SAP / ERP systems).
· Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
· Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
