Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 4-7 years of experience and strong proficiency in accounting. Familiarity with ZOHO Books is a secondary requirement. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, reconciliations, Preparation of stock statements and ensure compliance with GST & PF regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day financial operations using Zoho Books.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Provide support during audits and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Finance Executive or similar role, with expertise in using Zoho Books.
- B.com with 5yrs experience and CA perceived candidates even with 2-3yrs experience required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
