Job Summary
- The Account Executive is primarily responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Prepare financial reports : monthly, quarterly, and annual
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting , and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS) and handle filings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency on ERPs like SAP, Microsoft, Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Should be from the Corporate Catering industry.
