We are looking for a Finance Executive (Half-Day ) who can manage our financial operations with accuracy and responsibility.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to work with focus for a few hours and still have enough time for personal life or side projects.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain all accounting and bookkeeping using Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Handle GST filings, invoices, and tax compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and website (Shopify) financial documentation and reconciliation.
- Keep track of expenses, vendor payments, and receivables.
- Prepare weekly financial reports and assist in audits or investor documents.
What We Expect
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or e-commerce finance management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and e-commerce finance systems.
- Punctual, responsible, and consistent in work.
- Must know how to handle Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and basic Excel work.
Work Schedule & Pay
- Half-Day Work (Flexible Hours, 4–5 hours/day)
- Location: Dehradun (On-Site)
- Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month based on experience and skill
- Weekly Pay: Every Monday (for the previous week)
