Finance Executive – Job Description
Location - Hyderabad

Job Summary:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial and management accounting. This includes monthly account closing, audit preparation, variance analysis, GST and income tax filings, and payment processing. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing activities and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting packages for submission to shareholders.
- Ensure timely preparation of year-end statutory financial statements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for yearly audits and special transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) aging and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Process and issue payments to contractors and vendors.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and intercompany billing statements.
- Implement and enforce company finance policies and procedures.
- Prepare and file GST and Income Tax returns accurately and on time.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Commerce or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an MNC environment .
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Highly meticulous , detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
