Role Overview
This role involves managing end-to-end commercial operations related to client projects — from estimate preparation to invoicing and receivables follow-up. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely documentation, compliance, and smooth financial execution.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in a commercial, finance coordination, or client servicing support role (preferably in advertising, media, or production industry).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and raise estimates for retainer fee jobs, creative projects, and production assignments.
- Review and verify production terms, including Intellectual Property (IP) rights and related clauses.
- Onboard clients/brands and vendors, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed.
- Track and follow up on open jobs and pending POs to ensure timely closure.
- Raise invoices post verification of all supporting documents and approvals.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up to ensure timely collections.
- Support ad hoc management requirements as and when needed.
- Update and maintain signed client contracts accurately on the CMT tool.

- Basic understanding of commercial and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related tools
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
