Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as an Analyst . The ideal candidate should have completed 3 years of articleship with a reputed firm and possess 0–1 year of corporate experience . The candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, financial statements, and compliance processes (including GST, TDS, STPI, MSME, etc.). Prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Banking & Compliance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Analysis

• Assist in preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in line with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

2. Accounts Payable / Banking Operations

• Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of banking and financial transactions.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

• Handle compliance activities including but not limited to:
• GST – Return filing, reconciliation, and input credit management.
• TDS – Deduction, deposit, and return filing.
• STPI / MSME – Reporting, documentation, and registration compliance.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and compliance regulations.

4. Process Improvement & Support

• Identify areas for process automation or improvement.
• Support implementation of finance-related systems and controls.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in management reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with 3 years of Articleship experience.
• Experience: 0–1 year of corporate experience in Finance / Accounts.
• Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to Accounts Payable , Banking , or Compliance processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks/ ZOHO Books preferred).
• Understanding of GST, TDS, STPI, MSME, and other regulatory requirements.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
