Job Title: Collections Executive

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Executive to join our Finance team in Mumbai. The role involves following up with customers for timely payments, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall receivables management to ensure healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up daily with 70–80 customers via calls and emails for pending payments.

Monitor overdue accounts and take timely action for collections.

Coordinate with internal teams (like SCM) to resolve invoice disputes.

Maintain records of communications and update ERP systems regularly.

Prepare aging reports and flag critical cases to management.

Track and follow up on payment commitments from customers.

Support account reconciliation and post receipt entries.

Share periodic reports on collections, overdue accounts, and DSO.

*Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in collections or receivables follow-up.

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (Business Central preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage pressure and handle tough conversations professionally.

Good understanding of credit control and basic accounting.

Preferred:

Experience in B2B collections.

Fluency in English and Marathi.

Pay: ₹22, ₹29,000.00 per month
