About the Role
Vezzo is a design-led, sneaker-first lifestyle brand built in India with global standards. We’re looking for a Finance Executive to manage accounting, compliance, and financial operations with high level of ownership. We want someone disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Do
- Full ownership of books of accounts and financial operations.
- Managing payables, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Monthly closing, reconciliation, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records.
- Tracking inventory accounting, landed costs, SKU level cost structures, and working capital.
- GST, TDS, and MCA compliance, including coordination with external CA.
- Preparing monthly MIS, P&L summaries, and simple cash-flow reports.
- Coordinating with warehousing, logistics, and legal teams for accounting alignment.
- Implementing accounting tools or ERP systems as the business scales.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail business.
- Proficient in Zoho Books and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, MCA filings, and related compliance processes.
- Experience with inventory accounting and basic costing in product-led businesses.
- Proven ability to work independently and end-to-end across bookkeeping and monthly closes.
- Comfortable preparing dashboards, P&L statements, and MIS reports
