This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive at Workshaala Spaces in Bengaluru. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, analyzing data, handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters, and ensuring financial compliance and accuracy on a day-to-day basis.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage key financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor/client management. The ideal candidate will have experience in payment reconciliation, TDS, and GST compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Payable:
Manage invoicing, collections, payments, and monitor outstanding balances.
- Vendor Management:
Handle purchase orders (PO) creation, invoice collection, and ledger reconciliation.
- Client Management:
Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring timely payments and resolving financial queries.
- Payment Reconciliation:
Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial records to ensure accuracy.
- TDS & GST Compliance:
Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST-related documentation and ensure timely filing.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Analytical Skills
- Expertise in Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus
