Skills :
1. Strong knowledge of hospital accounting systems, billing, and compliance.
2. Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations of the hospital.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue cycle, and expense control.
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial reporting.
- Supervise billing, payroll, procurement, and accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
