Job Description:
Finance Manager - Manufacturing Company
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, particularly focusing on cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory valuation, and production variances.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Manage tax filings and internal/external audits.
- Cost Accounting: Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems, analyzing manufacturing costs, fixed and variable expenses, and profitability by product line.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and debt, optimizing liquidity.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to identify financial risks, opportunities, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
- Salary Range- CTC ,000/- per month
