Position: Finance Manager

Location: Chevayur (On-site), Calicut
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday off)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Salary Range: Competitive – based on skills & experience
Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the financial operations of Aifer Education, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, efficient resource management, and strategic financial planning that supports organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, PF, PT, etc.).
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable management.
Support leadership in financial planning and investment decisions.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies.
Implement strong internal controls and cost optimization strategies.
Requirements
Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting and CA /CMA/ACCA
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in finance/accounting, preferably in education or service sector.
Strong knowledge of financial laws, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally/other) and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
