M.Com/M.B.A/C.A (Inter) / ICWA with 10 plus years of relevant experience in a reputed firm. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Finance Manager and independently handling the accounts of a reputed Company. Very good communication and presentation skills required. Must be familiar with tally,
quick books, MS office etc.
∙ Proven 5 plus years' experience as Finance Manager
∙ Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
∙ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required.
∙ Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
∙ A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
∙ Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. ∙ Own conveyance is a must
∙ Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting.
∙ Preparation of annual account for audit and annual statutory reporting.
∙ Monitor the day to day financial operations such a spay roll, invoicing and other transactions.
∙ Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
∙ Provide financial and analytical support to the Management.
∙ Develop implement and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures, and internal Controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the finance function.
. Develop strong and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of communication and resolution of issues.
