An established and growing healthcare business with operations across multiple locations in Australia. With a focus on pharmaceutical supply and distribution, the company supports critical areas of healthcare, including specialty treatments. It combines retail presence with operational scale in a niche and evolving sector.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role leads a small but impactful finance team of two. Based in North Sydney, you'll work closely with senior leaders, playing a key role in the day-to-day and strategic finance operations.

Duties / Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and month-end processes
• Business partnering with CFO and senior leadership
• Cash flow management and budgeting
• Support inventory and distribution finance operations
• Drive process improvements and system efficiencies

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within retail, healthcare or distribution
• Strong technical accounting and reporting background
• Comfortable in a hands-on, dynamic SME environment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
