About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager - Finance (10+ years) who will partner closely with the Finance leadership team to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial operations, and
ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of business finance,
budgeting, and automation, coupled with a passion for precision and ownership.
Job Title: Manager - Finance (10+ years)
Location: Nagpur
Role Type: 1 year contract
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and track daily/weekly key business metrics
- Generate insights from data to influence strategic decision-making
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis
- Create financial models and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, audits, legal mandates, and internal SOPs
- Lead and manage due diligence processes, contracts, invoicing, and vendor relationships
- Continuously improve accounting/book closure timelines
