Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring the company's financial activities align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing detailed financial reports, managing company accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The selected candidate will also work closely with leadership to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Accounting, and Taxation
- Expertise in Auditing, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proficient in Finance Software and ERP Systems with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in managing financial teams and mentoring team members
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA, CFA, CA is preferred)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
