Develop and implement financial strategies to drive operational growth
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
Manage cash flow, cost controls, and risk across multiple divisions
Lead financial system integration projects, including automation and AI tools
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team
Oversee capital planning, investment tracking, and funding initiatives
Supervise and develop accounting and finance staff to ensure high performance
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of financial leadership experience
Background in commodities or luxury retail preferred
Experience with precious metals, diamonds, or high-value inventory is a plus
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
Understanding of tax law, compliance, and regulatory standards
Experience integrating financial systems with ERP or automation tools
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
