Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) background and prior experience in the E-commerce industry. The role requires strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, and operations to support business growth and ensure effective financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business performance.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as per government regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
- Implement cost control measures and improve profitability.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and revenue tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) with 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in the E-commerce industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect taxes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling financial operations for online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Exposure to import/export transactions and payment gateways.
