About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Finance Manager
to manage end-to-end financial operations for our staffing business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
finance, accounting, statutory compliance, taxation
,
payroll management
, and
Advanced Excel
, with proven experience in the
staffing or recruitment sector
.
Excellent communication skills, immediate availability, and hands-on experience in payroll and Advanced Excel are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-spectrum
Finance & Accounting operations
for staffing business units. - Oversee
client billing, invoicing, reconciliation
, and ensure timely
TDS/GST compliance
. - Handle
statutory taxation
and ensure all compliance requirements are met. - Prepare and review
monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
. - Manage
payroll processing
accurately, ensuring
PF, ESI, and TDS compliance
. - Utilize
Advanced Excel
for data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling. - Conduct
P&L analysis
and support cost optimization initiatives. - Ensure adherence to
statutory and regulatory compliance
at all times. - Communicate effectively
with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve financial queries and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Finance, Commerce, or Accounting
(CA/MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience
in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the
Staffing/Recruitment industry
. - Hands-on experience in payroll management
– mandatory. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting) – mandatory. - Proficiency in
Tally
or similar accounting software. - Strong understanding of
statutory compliance
including
GST, TDS, PF, and ESI
. - Excellent
analytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills
. - Strong verbal and written communication skills
– mandatory. - Must be available for
immediate joining
.
