Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Delhi, India. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The Finance Manager will also work on financial risk management and internal audits. Day-to-day tasks include developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, liaising with banks and other financial institutions, and ensuring overall financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Expertise in Financial Risk Management and Internal Audits
- Strong Analytical and Strategy Development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
- Experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus
