This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency in a fast-growing IT services environment (200–500 employees).The incumbent will be hands-on in managing financial transactions, guiding the accounting team, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and transparency across all finance functions.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management- Manage the full AR cycle — from client invoicing and credit control to collections and reporting.- Ensure invoices are raised accurately as per contracts, milestones, and delivery terms.- Regularly monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with clients for timely
