Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and operations of our organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and compliance, with a strong understanding of UAE regulations and international accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, GCC regulations, and IFRS standards.
  • Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Manage company investments, oversee cash flow, and maintain banking relationships.
  • Present financial insights and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, GCC financial regulations, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in industries like construction is a plus.
