Salary between 10 LPA to 15 LPA
We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in fund raising, project finance, financial modelling & valuation, RERA compliances, and banking relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with banks/financial institutions for term loans, working capital, LRD etc.
Prepare funding proposals, fundraising project feasibility reports, IMs & financial models.
Manage lender/investor compliances, due diligence & credit ratings.
Handle cash flow modelling, cost analysis, and projections for new & running projects.
Strong knowledge of real estate redevelopment projects.
Required Qualification:
CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / Inter CA / B.Com / M.Com – Finance
5–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Contracting
Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills
