Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will manage cash flow, financial risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to develop strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Cash Flow Management and Financial Risk Management skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial legislation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
