With in-house manufacturing and a strong presence across D2C, marketplaces, and B2B channels, we are scaling rapidly and seeking a finance leader to strengthen our financial systems, strategy, and governance.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead all aspects of finance, accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic financial planning with operational discipline to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all finance, accounting, and compliance functions across entities.
- Manage P&L, cash flow, and working capital; ensure financial discipline across departments.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop short- and long-term funding strategies for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership on fundraising and investor relations.
- Implement cost optimization, internal controls, and financial reporting systems.
- Ensure statutory compliance – GST, TDS, ROC, and audit readiness.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external financial consultants.
- Build and manage a high-performing finance and accounts team.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA or CFA qualification mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of taxation, legal compliance, and corporate governance.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
