We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead financial reporting, compliance, and trading operations while partnering with business teams to deliver strategic insights. Role Overview

The incumbent will be a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, business partnering, and driving automation-led process improvements. In addition, the role will manage revenue tracking and deal execution for the trading business, oversee vendor settlements, and ensure timely financial reporting. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial insights, maintain governance excellence, and support long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Lead statutory, internal, and special audits with strong command of IND AS and disclosures.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including MIS, Inventory and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance and governance, including contract reviews and internal controls.

Trading & Revenue Management

  • Manage revenue tracking and deal execution for the trading business.
  • Help the Commercial team in dispute resolution and insights.

Business Partnering & Strategy

  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Formulate and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Drive process automation and implement Power BI dashboards for real-time insights (Added Advantage).
  • Enhance operational workflows and trading processes for efficiency and scalability.

Leadership & Governance

  • Mentor and develop finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Champion corporate governance and ethical financial practices.


Key Skills & Competencies


  • Working knowledge of IND AS, Companies Act 2013, and audit processes.
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and trading operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel automation, internal controls, and AI tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


Qualification & Experience

  • CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in Media, Advertising, Digital, or similar service industries preferred.
  • Exposure to Big 4 audit processes and IND AS will be an advantage.
