Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Sonipat. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. Primary responsibilities include developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial processes, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role will involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications
- Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting expertise
- Knowledge of Financial Compliance, Tax Regulations, and Auditing practices
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, Financial Tools, and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Advanced degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred)
- Experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industry is an advantage
