Role: Manager, Finance
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented manager, finance to join our team. You will lead the function, handling accounting, payments and finance operations for clients & employees. We are an angel funded venture, growing rapidly with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on scaling the business.
Work Location:
HSR Layout, Bangalore (in-office role)
Responsibilities:
- Book keeping (we use Zohobooks)
- Client facing financial operations & contracting
- Review contracts, interact with key clients, suppliers and other parties.
- Payroll, manage PF/ESI with consultants
- Support month-end closing procedures.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Calculation and filing of TDS/ GST
Good to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
