Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Daily tasks will include managing accounting operations, conducting financial risk assessments, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, compliance with regulations, and liaising with auditors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis skills
- Experience in Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting
- Risk Assessment and Compliance Management skills
- Proficiency in Financial Software and Tools
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
