About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to oversee the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and expense control.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing audits, budgets, and financial systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the education or legal sector
