About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as a full-time Finance Manager based in Mount Waverley. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll be doing
Managing the company's financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities
Monitoring and analysing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
Supporting the leadership team with financial analysis and business insights

What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field CPA or C.A.
8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm
Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting practices and financial reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
