Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities at our Mahipalpur, Delhi location. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills, deep understanding of accounting standards, and proven expertise in financial planning, audits, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Prepare projected financials, cash flows, and management reports (AOPs, MIS, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to IND AS, GST, and Direct Tax regulations.
Accounting & Compliance
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL functions.
- Ensure timely reconciliations and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Manage statutory and internal audits , coordinating with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and tax standards.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks for financing, loan management, and treasury operations.
Process Improvement & Systems
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Support ERP and system implementation (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred).
Team Management & Collaboration
- Work closely with departments such as Procurement, Operations, and HR .
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in finance, accounting, or audit roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IND AS, GST, and Direct Taxation
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (or similar ERP)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to ₹22 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
