Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our Group company's financial planning and reporting. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This role is key in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute finance strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
* Expansion Management: Lead financial planning for business expansions, assess impact on accounts, and ensure resource allocation.
* Cash Flow & Cost Optimization: Monitor cash flow, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance profitability.
* Cross-Industry Collaboration: Work closely with teams across four industries to align financial goals.
* Technology Utilization: Leverage financial software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel for data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or MBA; CPA/CMA preferred.
* 4-5 years of finance management experience, preferably in multi-industry settings.
* Proficiency in financial software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
