Job Title: General Manager / AVP – Core Finance Operations
Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced finance leader to manage and scale core finance operations in a third-party provider environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across taxation, treasury, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and compliance, combined with strong client-facing experience from BPM organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including Taxation, Treasury, AP, AR, and Compliance.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory adherence across all processes.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations effectively.
- Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.
- Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives and RFP-driven projects (e.g., MTI, Lightsource).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: 12–15 years of core finance experience in a third-party provider environment.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, treasury, AP, AR, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale finance operations and lead teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
