Senior Financial Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to drive cost efficiency and optimization across global operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly and weekly financial reporting of results and other key performance metrics, analysing results, identifying issues, and explaining trends and variances to plan and forecast.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support cost accounting initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse cost data.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost accounting accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to cost accounting.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on cost accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
