Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be involved with end to end recruitment process.
- Need to work with different job portals and social media platform for sourcing
profiles.
- Creating and understanding various job roles.
- Interacting with candidates for various job opening.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the candidates.
- Pre and post follow up with candidate.
- Dealing with collection of required document.
- Offer negotiation and offer roll out.
- Preparing daily reports
Desired Candidate:
- 1+ years of exp
- Exp in bulk hiring, contract hiring would be a plus
- Having good written and verbal communication.
- Preferable to have Masters or Bachelors in Human Resource, MBA would be a plus.
- Good exposure to Ms Office.
- Good interpersonal Skills, self-confident and enthusiastic.
