About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Frontend Developer to lead the development of high-performance and scalable user interfaces for AIQ Space Ventures’ cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of React, global state management, TypeScript, and API integrations , with proven ability to create optimized, responsive, and maintainable frontend systems . This role demands a strong grasp of modern frontend architecture , collaboration with the UI/UX team, and proficiency in version control for seamless cross-functional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications .
- Build reusable components with React and TypeScript , ensuring strong typing and maintainability.
- Implement and manage global state management solutions (Redux and Zustand).
- Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data handling .
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to implement and recycle designs into consistent, reusable components.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible frontends.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance .
- Apply best practices in frontend architecture, coding standards, and testing .
- Maintain clear documentation and follow proper Git-based version control workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
- Continuously research and adopt new frontend trends and technologies to improve development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS with in-depth knowledge of hooks, lifecycle methods, and performance optimization.
- Excellent understanding of Python and strong typing in frontend applications.
- Expertise in global state management frameworks (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent).
- Solid experience integrating and handling RESTful APIs and GraphQL .
- Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) .
- Knowledge of frontend optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies).
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers , translating wireframes into functional interfaces.
- Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows (branching strategies, pull requests, version control best practices).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Next.js or other meta-frameworks for building optimized applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Prior work in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
