Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend technologies, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations for better user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging frontend technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in core frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries: , Angular, or
- Expertise in state management: Redux, Context API, Vuex, or similar.
- Experience with UI component libraries: Material-UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
- Proficiency in frontend build tools & bundlers: Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs & GraphQL and integrating them into frontend applications.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or similar.
- Experience in performance optimization & debugging tools: Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, etc.
- Version control & collaboration tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with server-side rendering , )
- Familiarity with micro frontends and modular frontend architectures
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
