We’re looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join the team and help build a web-based application.
This is a hands-on coding role with a strong emphasis on TypeScript development and custom UI implementation—you’ll be writing a significant amount of TypeScript code.
Location - The work is mostly remote however, we are looking for candidates in the Greater Vancouver area. There will be an In-person technical interview in Vancouver.
Contract duration - This is a contract role. Duration is June 2025 - Mar 2026.
Rate - $30 - $45 per hour
What you’ll do
- Develop responsive, user-focused interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, well-structured UI components using modern front-end practices.
- Collaborate on UI/UX design of components and pages.
What we’re looking for :
Must have
- 2+ years of work experience as a Front-end Web Developer
- 2+ years of work experience with TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of core front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- 2+ years of work experience with Angular or React or another SPA
- Experience building custom front-end solutions from the ground up — not using templates or generators.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills
