Responsibilities

• Manage the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, analysis, and review.
• Design system specifications, standards, and programming solutions.
• Analyze data to coordinate installation or modification of systems.
• Create innovative solutions for client and company needs.
• Maintain, support, and enhance existing systems and platforms.
• Improve system operations through analysis and policy recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster cohesion.
• Collaborate with other developers to elevate technology standards and best practices.
• Support DevOps activities within the team.
• Complete documentation as per agile methodology.

Team Activities

• Develop cooperative relationships with team members and departments.
• Participate in team stand-ups, planning, and discussions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn new skills and share knowledge with others.
• Ensure consistency and professionalism in client interactions.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: Angular 19, Redux, SASS.
• Backend: C#, .NET 8, Web API, MediatR, Entity Framework, NUnit.
• Azure Cloud: App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Service Bus, Storage, Azure AD B2C, Azure DevOps.
• Database: SQL Server, complex SQL queries.

Professional Skills

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Business analysis skills and high-quality documentation writing.
• Understanding of the Australian Superannuation or financial industry is a plus.
• Proactive troubleshooting skills.
