We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a fulltime, monthly salary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various HR functions, with the ability to handle daily operational tasks while supporting strategic HR initiatives. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations , addressing concerns, and ensuring policy compliance.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage HR documentation, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
- Support initiatives around employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Assist with payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
