About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within the FMCG/CPG domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in solution advisory, workshop facilitation, and configuration of business processes, helping clients optimize planning and execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a solution advisor to clients in the FMCG/CPG space, focusing on TPM/RGM strategies. - Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and define functional solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure TPM/RGM solutions. - Drive planning and execution of business transformation initiatives. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in business consulting or functional consulting roles. - Proven expertise in TPM/RGM processes and tools. - Strong domain knowledge of FMCG/CPG industry practices. - Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements. - Hands-on experience with configuration of TPM/RGM systems. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. - Experience with leading TPM/RGM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.). - Certification in relevant consulting or project management methodologies is a plus.
