The team focuses on the core marketplace experience and its six non-auto verticals, including Buy, Sell, and Membership. It manages the consumer buying and selling experience on our retail sites, supporting carsales’ growth and product innovation.

Job Description
What you’ll do
Your focus will be on growing and coaching a world-class team, coordinating across departments, and improving core capabilities through new technology solutions.
- Own the engineering strategy and execution for carsales' Consumer business.
- Collaborate with product, data, and technology leaders to guide vision and delivery.
- Build and drive a high-performing team and culture.
- Ensure accountability for strategic outcomes.
- Lead planning and execution of the engineering roadmap.
- Oversee platform evolution and adopt emerging technologies.
- Align engineering initiatives with company goals.
- Balance innovation with operational reliability for speed and scale.
Qualifications
