Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in a general practice setting.
Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, wound care, immunizations, chronic disease management plan, performing health assessments, taking patient histories, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.
Performing ECG, Sterilizations, Spirometry, ABI, and Ear Syringing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documenting patient assessments, treatments provided, medications administered, and any other relevant information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care and delivering evidence-based practice.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
