What You'll Do
- 📞 Customer Support: Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and chat.
- 🧾 Case Management: Accurately log customer interactions and issues in internal systems.
- 😊 Customer Satisfaction: Keep customers updated on issue status; aim for top satisfaction scores.
- 🔧 Post-Sales Service: Support requests related to deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
- 💡 Sales Support: Help customers with product inquiries and promote solutions to increase revenue.
- 🎯 Sales Goals: Meet quarterly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- 🗂️ Order Management: Process and track customer orders; update CRM with accurate data.
What We’re Looking For
- 💬 Strong communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
- 💻 Tech-savvy with quick learning ability
- 📞 Experience in customer service (preferred)
- 🛍️ Sales experience is a plus
- 🔄 Willingness to work on rotational shifts (Monday–Saturday)
What We Offer
- 💰 Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month x 14 months
- 🎯 Performance Bonus: Up to €225/month gross
- 🍽️ Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (meal card)
- 🚌 Transport Allowance: €20/month

- Free after 6 months of contract
Working Hours
- ⏰ Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts between 08:00 – 19:00, Monday to Saturday (incl. bank holidays)
- 📅 Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational weekday

- 📝 Initial Contract: 6 months
- 🔁 Extension: Possibility of renewal
