About the Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Data Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is heavily focused on front-end development and visualisation, with only a small portion dedicated to backend tasks such as data models and UAT. Your work will empower data-driven decision-making across clinical research, supply chain, and commercial operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data sources and applying best practices in dashboard development.
  • Optimise dashboard performance and user experience for large-scale datasets.
  • Maintain documentation and version control for Tableau workbooks and related assets.
  • Support data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as GDPR and GxP.
  • Work closely with backend data teams to ensure clean, trusted, and well-structured datasets are available for reporting.


What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is autonomous, proactive, and deeply experienced in front-end development with Tableau. Here’s what will make you successful:


  • Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data storytelling and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or similar data stack tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects effectively.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other BI tools.
  • Exposure to AI-powered analytics or integration of machine learning models into dashboards.
  • Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).


Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for data visualisation and user experience.
